Après une nuit de travail éreintante, Johney, une travailleuse migrante philippine à Taiwan, rentre chez elle, où des inconnus sont en train de déblayer son dortoir pour installer des machines, tout en prétendant « inspecter l’usine ». La tension monte tandis que Johney se bat pour protéger sa demeure - et le secret qui s’y trouve caché.
