An Exempt ticket will be issued to Pass Région holders on presentation of their card.
- Tickets can only be collected from the Maison de la culture (‘Central desk’, Chavignier room, 2nd floor), from Friday 30 January to Saturday 7 February, 9:30 to 21:30 non-stop.
- Limited to 1 ticket per person per day.

Festival-goers can have their say in conferring an Audience Award for the National, the International and the Lab Competitions respectively. The Audience Jury consists of viewers who have bought a booklet of 15 tickets.
Audience voting is online. Each booklet of 15 tickets includes a ballot with a code. This code can be entered on the following website:
