Court d’Histoire (Looking Back) is a one-off screening, by reservation only, of one or more short films connected to a specific moment in history. The screening is accompanied by a lecture given by a guest speaker who is a specialist in the subject.
This year, Looking Back focuses on the film archives of the PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization).
Three films will be screened, followed by a lecture (in French) by Hugo Darroman, doctor of the University of Aix-Marseille, specialist in film studies, and author of the thesis Le Cinéma de la révolution palestinienne (1967-1982): mémoire en circulation et réseaux de solidarité France-Palestine.
